Discernment/Search Committee will:
- Revisit Profile
- Send information packages to candidates
- Review candidates resume, biography, and sermons
- Interview candidates by phone and/or in person
- Conduct site visits of candidates and/or visits to their parishes
- Select qualified candidates and present to vestry
2012
Vestry will:
- Review finalists
- Interview finalists
- Call the final candidate
- Conduct negotiations
- Complete agreement
- Make announcement to parish
